Travel
By Air
Atlantic City (ACY) is closest — about 35 minutes north.
Philadelphia (PHL) is roughly 1 hour 30 minutes and has far more flights. Most guests flying in should book PHL and rent a car.
By Car
Take the Garden State Parkway to Exit 17, then follow Sea Isle Boulevard straight onto the island.
Worth having a car for the weekend — rideshare coverage at the shore is thin, especially late at night.
Getting Around
Sea Isle's Jitney runs up and down Landis Avenue — you flag it down at any corner, no scheduled stops. It's the easiest way to get around the island without driving.
Note: the public Jitney is a summer service (roughly July through September), so it likely won't be running our weekend. We'll confirm and update here.
Parking & Shuttles
There's on-site parking at the Yacht Club, plus street parking nearby.
We're looking into a private jitney to run guests between the rentals and the venue. Details will be posted here closer to the date.

Sea Isle is a rental town more than a hotel town — most people book a house or condo for the weekend, which is often cheaper than hotel rooms if you split it with family or friends. Late May is the start of the season, so book early.

- Avalon — about 10 minutes south. ICONA Windrift and Concord Suites are the main options.
- Stone Harbor — about 15 minutes south. The Reeds at Shelter Haven is the nicest hotel in the area.
- Ocean City — about 20 minutes north, with the largest number of hotels and motels nearby.
- Cape May — about 35 minutes south, if you want to make a longer trip of it.

What should I wear?
Cocktail attire. We're on the bay, and the cocktail hour is outdoors on the deck — it gets breezy once the sun goes down in May, so bring a wrap or a jacket. Block heels or flats will treat you better than stilettos on the deck.
Where should I stay?
See the lodging section above. Sea Isle has only a few hotels, so most guests rent a house or condo for the weekend — splitting one with family is usually cheaper and a lot more fun. Book early; late May is the start of the shore season.
Do I need a car?
We'd recommend it. Rideshare coverage at the shore is thin, especially at night, and getting from the airport to the island is much easier with your own car. If you're flying, book Philadelphia (PHL) and rent one.
Once you're here, Sea Isle's Jitney runs along Landis Avenue and you can flag it down at any corner — but it's a summer service and probably won't be running in May. We're looking into a private jitney for the night of the wedding and will post details here.
Can I bring a guest?
We've reserved seats for the names listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, you'll see a spot on the RSVP form to add them.
Are kids welcome?
We love your little ones, but this is an adults-only celebration — with the exception of children in the wedding party. We hope it gives you a night off at the shore.
Where do I park?
There's parking on site at the Yacht Club, plus street parking nearby. We'll post shuttle details here as we get closer.
What if I have a dietary restriction?
There's a field for it on the RSVP form. We'll pass everything to the venue's kitchen — vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free can all be accommodated.
What's the weather like in late May?
Typically low 70s during the day and low 60s after dark, with a steady breeze off the water. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors; dinner and dancing are fully indoors.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. Let us know on the RSVP form if there's anything we can do to make the day easier for you, and we'll coordinate with the venue.
